    Killer...

I agree. I just dumoed 50% of my holding. Who knows maybe there will be some technicality on this miss...and we'll actually go up. But if so, I'll rebuy. But I refuse to head back to .11 with this tranche one more time...damn. we just can't get all cylinders firing at once....

I sold 66% at the same price. If it keeps going straight up tomorrow, fine, but if it dips, I want to be ready.

Well....I've never messed with a "Stop Loss" market order yet on Sharebuilder. I guess now would be a good time to set it at .14

Can I sell shares now after hours? Is it the same process?

    Old Druid...

Agreed. I still have half my shares for any weird pop in this miss. Does happen sometimes. Guidance would be one reason. This was my .11/.12 holding. I still haven't read the filing yet. But this kind of sneak release of is never a good sign. What happened to March 17?? Although I may recall them saying they might release actual report before CC (17th) though. Do you remember that?

    SLH..

By answering this I'm not advocating you sell but yes in your broker page, there will be a separate link for Pre/AH...then same exact process...

What were you guys expecting during one of the worst quarters of the market's history? Now we have clarity on where we stand. 82K net sub adds, not that bad churn at 1.8%, and did you see the savings down the entire expense line?

My only concern is the $200M in "Other Expenses" - wonder what that was.

I would have to think that expenses and synergies have improved even further since last quarter given the close call we had with the funding issues we experienced these past few weeks.

Who knows what happens until the CC when I hope to see some updated and detailed foward guidance but SIRI is a buy at these levels.
