You would have thought Maffei was SIRI's CEO. He believes in this platform big time. And I will tell all of you this. Maffei might be THE reason Malone did this deal. In MSM articles after phase 1, he was touting the company. Which is why some of us knew BK was out. He was too optimistic. Then there was that interview with Malone, where he said how high Maffei was on the future of SIRI. We owe Greg Maffei a world of thanks I assure you...

This could mean good news in terms of the 3/17 CC. Liberty must have seen those numbers. Would Maffei have come on and said all that if the numbers were bad next week? It would make him look bad IMO. Just speculation on my part....
One last thing...Bartiromo just showed how much CNBC hates SIRI. I'm actually shocked they gave Maffei this airtime. Although my guess is they did it so they could bash SIRI some more. Maffei came through for us, turned the tables and gave her a beatdown of his own...LOVE IT.
