You know what would be great?

I don't know if this is the exact forum for this idea....

Why not stream Sirius over the 3g network? My cell phone company (ATT) offers XM radio for mobile, but it doesn't offer the stations I listen to the most (Margaritaville, Blues, etc.). I'd be willing to pay a monthly fee for the ability to listen to Sirius over my cell phone.

I know there's an app for this for the iPhone, but those of us without the highest end technology could make use of a simple Java-based application. What would be the downside to a program which lets you choose, say, 10 or 15 channels over the 3G network?

Mainly because those unlimited data plans aren't really that unlimited. Start streaming music 24/7 on your phone and I'll bet you'll be hearing from your service provider.
