no but i put everyhting i had into siri which has saved me fromt his market crash in the last month, but now alot of things are looking attractive right now so i just want to free up a little to buy another stock, but im not selling for a loss.

demian have u been reading what brandon has been saying? what do you think. I do not think bk is coming, it would not make any sense at all with all the recent activity. I think brandon thinks the going concern clause will be a problem. You opinion on the whole thing would be appreciated, and im not selling here, i was hoping i could catch a break and sell a couple thousand above .15 but blah. I dont know if i actually will but i know there is money to be made with other stocks right now so id like to be able to take advantage. Will see what happens. brandon has got my nerves high now like every1 else as well. Although i disagree with him he still got me nervous haha.

Everyone keeps saying, why would Malone do this deal just to wind up in BK court... I could be reading this wrong, but doesn't that paragraph above state that the loan is guaranteed by all of SIRI assets, therefore malone would not have to fight in court for his money back he would be first in line???


If Brandon goes through with his article, will we go back to the BK scare and back down to .05???
