Question Howard Stern show "ticker" on the 101 replay..

Why is it that the replay show on sirius 101, doesnt have a live ticker that gives details on the show???

The sirius 100 "live" Howard Stern show has the ticker that gives basic show details. It also gives recording breaks for my S50 unit.

On the sirius 101 daily replay of the Howard Stern Show all the ticker shows is "west coast feed" for the entirety of the show...

I would like the replay show to have the same ticker as the live show!!!!

Does anyone have any answers or share the same concern as I do??

    Thanks,

    D

From what I understand (heard on the show) that ticker is changed in real time by someone during the show. During the replay there is no one sitting there changing the ticker because they are still working on the live show... not that they would have someone sit there anyway.

I am guessing the two systems (recording + ticker) are totally separate and the only way to get the original ticker would be to integrate the ticker into the recording.

Hmmm, i see you point. If the 6am show is still recording as the 3 hour delay show starts. Then it can be done...

    Ok...

It really does stink seeing WEST COAST FEED for the whole replay show...
