Nowis the time to buy up shares at .20. This is a double once Sirius announces the next phase o getting a new term loan for the May bank debt. Everyone should not be thinking for just today. Dow down huge, so if it recovers, we could get much higher. I think the .22 cents level seems to be a resistence, so if we can break through that and hold it's a great sign.

Doesn't work that way. Your scenario has Malone owning 1.5B out of just over 5B, that's only 30%.

He will be given 2.4B shares. Add that to the existing 3.6B and you get 6B. His 2.4B is 40% of the 6B.

Ok, now it is stabilizing. It may be time to buy between .17 & .18 (.20 max). Do not buy above .20 yet. Let the stock trade in this range for a while...That way you will get a feeling of where it is going.
