    I believe that 15% is probably in line with our credit rating.

    In any case, it is a small price to pay for avoiding BK

    Really doesnt matter. The sp was priced with BK. So what if we add 3B more shares to the common. As of right now!!! My investment still has value!

    The 15% caught me off guard a bit as well - perhaps another "ugly" deal BUT we will take it!!!!! Guess we all know now why the investment was made!!
