You are hereby notified that a Class Action has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of holders of Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) ("Bank of America" or the "Company") common stock as of October 10, 2008 by the firm of Squitieri & Fearon, LLP.

The Complaint charges Bank of America and certain of its officers and directors with violating the federal securities laws. The plaintiff claims that defendants misrepresented and concealed material facts concerning the Company's Merger with Merrill Lynch including issuing a false and misleading Proxy Statement and its financial results.

Ya, Tony, you are totally right about SIRI. It held really strong today...could be a really good sign, especially if it starts going up now. SIRI is the 9th mystery of the world. No info from headquarters.

Somebody was saying in a post on another forum last night that it is MM doing the shorting to get all the shares he can back and that it isn't the shorters because they don't have enough room to be shorting. What do you think?

I saw the CEO of Cypress Semiconductors on FOX before I bought the stock when it crashed to $2.00 and he was really pleased that he got back 20% of the stock and was working on more. It only makes sense to discourage people with pricing so they will sell and to snag up the shares. They become more valuable and the price of the stock will go up for the people that hang in there. All the people that get scared, run and jump on the sell bandwagon because dooms day are going to lose.

Does that make any sense?

That CTIC was all over the ball park today and still closed 50+ percent up. I only watched it for a couple of minutes and it looked like ricochet rabbit.

It looked more like a commodity.

Did you buy some of that?

I will look at their chart. Just from what I saw has me wondering if it is one of those one day wonders. It traded millions of shares today. I shut my watchlist down so I don't remember what the exact volume was.

I will look at it though and see what the scoop is.

The wash rule is 30 days, regardless of what day you sold on.

I sold all of my SIRI on December 19th and had to wait to buy back in until January 20th. The new year does not reset anything.

What up guys....Lucky for me I had a big E-bay order to Fill...I have Dickies work pants and red cap Shirts Im selling...
