Can't log on to Sirius Online
Tried constantly over the past 3 days (I'm a noob) with no luck. I know that the Captcha is case-sensitive so I don't think that's not the issue. I keep getting the "Too many login attempts" message, despite the fact that I sometimes try up to 8 hours later. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Call their support or email them. I logged in the past 3 days without any issues

Have you changed or added radios to your account recently? This can change your online profile and it probably needs to be updated if this is the case...

I was always able to log into my account, but never to online radio....until just now. However, I've noticed that the sound quality is considerably lower than on my actual radio. Is this normal? Just trying to learn as much about Sirius as possible, I LOVE this thing!

Upgrade to the higher bit rate and it sounds better. If you listen online often enough it's worth the $2.99.....

Thanks for the response Demian. Actually, my pc is hooked up to my entertainment station and I have a home dock for Sirius. I guess I'll just buy another receiver at some point, rather do that than pay for online radio.

Did you figure out why you couldn't login? I was unable to this morning.

Never figured out why I couldn't log in. I just tried again one day and it worked. Problem is, the stream sounds absolutely terrible so it's not worth using, imo. Kinda sux that u have to pay an extra 3 bucks for something that
1-we already paid for
2-We can get for free elsewhere on the net (Tons of free radio out there)

I downloaded starplayr for windows and the sound quality is many times better. Try that out. I don't know much about servers, but i think streaming from sirius's browser based media player affects sound quality.
Try it out!
