SIRI didn't have ANY options expiring today. The only SIRI options that trade are Jan. '09 and Jan. '10 LEAPS.......

The stock price is priced like an option.......

I just went to bigcharts.com and it lists SIRI as trading over 55 MILLION shares after hours, as of 5 pm - at 12.8 cents.

Anyone have any verification of this. The volume seems extreme. Does someone know something we don't know????????

I think the shorts are getting out of the stock as it is at a bottom. Volume of over 100 million shares at the close and after hours. Almost 200 million share for the day that's means a big change ahead.

One possibility. Remember on Monday the Nasdaq 100 is rebalanced and SIRI is being removed. All the funds and ETFs that track the Nas100 have to sell SIRI and buy the equities that are being added.

    winagain - good point.

I find it amazing that with a bid of .123 ask of .128 that trades keep going off at .116

Yeah, and I have an open order in for .12
It's not much, I'm just curious to see if it triggers. I just don't understand how these transactions are going through WELL below the open orders.
