    8 cent trade

There has been a lot of speculation that this stock is manipulated regularly. I believe that is has been as well. The problem is that the SEC has show that unless you find the guy manipulating it yourself, bring them in handcuffs to the SEC, and have them willingly confess to manipulating the stock, they will do nothing.

    I have a question:

Does the 8 cent trade that went off appear to be someone manipulating the stock? This way, they can show a lower 52 week low, and they can possibly show that at this level there really isn't any technical support.

If that is the case, is there any way to find out who made that 8 cent trade? Would that show the SEC who's doing the manipulating? Could they then inspect their other trades to see if there is a definite pattern there?

    Just a thought...

I was watching when that .08 trade went through and it was for like only 200 shares.......total painting of the tape and nothing else. Trades that go through below the bid and the ask are all manipulation or someone with fat fingers...

wasnt the price at like 16 cents at the time? who in the hell is going to sell something at half its value, where is the gain in that? ok another theory, some1 had a short position and set a trigger to sell at 8 cents, seom1 bid 8 cents on a wing and a prayer and viola, possibility?

Collusion is an agreement, usually secretive, which occurs between two or more persons to deceive, mislead, or defraud others of their legal rights, or to obtain an objective forbidden by law typically involving fraud or gaining an unfair advantage. It can involve "wage fixing, kickbacks, or misrepresenting the independence of the relationship between the colluding parties."[1] All acts affected by collusion are considered void.[2]

what about the short position theory

If you have a short position then you don't set a trigger to sell - you've already sold borrowed shares. You would set a trigger to buy to cover.
Chances are someone not too bright set a stop limit sell order at .08, a Market Maker saw it and took it out.

The trade came from a market maker allright... but not because he wanted to get the 200 shares a 0.08 (which he probably set up, or had someone set up)... That is $16.00 freakin' dollars only. It came because there were a LOT and I mean a LOT of shares hanging in between (in the millions)... Thoese were the ones he was after.

I did not see the trade or the trades after but most likely several trades occurred after the 0.08 cents went thru... Not necessarly @ .08, .09, .10, .11, .12, or .13, maybe not even @ .14.

So, if you ask, yes... there's manipulation. The damn stock is CHEAP and very easly manipulated.... And yes, there's collusion in the stock market...you bet there is !!!... just look at the latest scandal...
