I have a simple question for all you experts.

With about 3 hrs of trading left, do we go up because the shorts cover in anticipation of possible positive news; Or do we go down because nobody thinks anything positive will come out of this meeting.

Or doesn't anything matter until we actually show actual earnings.

Financing means much more than earnings at this point IMHO. As the stock is priced for BK, if Mel secures financing that clearly shows that BK is not a possibility, the stock goes up.....

AFTER 3:00 WE MAY POP 3-5 CENTS AS SOME SHORTS COVER.. like I said thgere isnt much meat on the bone to add to short position.. thursday will be a fun day for sure as we have our proxy and gm bailout should begin to be announced..

Does anyone know how/where to hear the annual meeting tomorrow.

I believe it begins at 9 am.

if u ask me nothing is coming tommorow that we dont already know, i could be wrong, but im not expecting any big news. i think sirius will be back at 14 cents again tommorow though. no worries thinking long term, the best thing to do is stop watching this and set an alert at a certain price, cause watching it day by day just makes it hard to stick by your long term strategy, but for me i cant resist i have to watch it though i know it be better if i didnt lol.

i have heard past meeting's through sirius's investor site, just go to sirius's webpage and down at the bottom you will see investor relation's, then follow that link, i dont know if they do anything live, i doubt it. http://investor.sirius.com/eventdeta...?EventID=62949
