    Historically Speaking

Historically Speaking.....How does a passing vote on a R/S or Further dilution immediately effect stock price?

Will it drive price up in anticipation of raising more capital, or drive stock price down realizing further dilution will take place? Or remain relatively unchanged?

Operating income has been in the red since the inception of the company. The company is on the brink of cashflow positive. As soon as that hits and the company gets some financing, the confidence will return to the company and the SP will rise...

If it makes it that long.

BAH. Humbug. Tony Choke-o and his 75 interceptions... he needs to put that damn splint back on his pinkie. He is the only reason that the Cowboys lost yesterday.

White House: Auto deal is 'very likely'

Associated Press reports that sources inside the White House are saying that they are "very close" to a plan that can get Presidential support. They said that they expected to have a draft ready as soon as today, and could be signed by the President by the end of the week. The draft calls for between 14 and 17 billion dollars for the US Auto makers.

If this catalyst gets more press throughout the week, Sirius could be poised for some decent gains.
