    Starmate 4 FM Modulator stinks

My Starmate 4 FM Modulator Stinks. I "upgraded" from a Streamer GTR. The Streamer had a great FM Modulator. I almost never had to turn the station due to static.

The new Starmate 4 is great because I got docks for the house, boat and second car. The house, boat, and second (personal) car all are hard wired so I don't need the FM modulator.

However, I primarily use my Sirius in a company car or rental that I can't hard-wire into the FM antenna jack. So unless the car happens to have an AUX jack that I can wire into, I'm stuck with the FM Modulator.

Does anybody have a solution? Who cares about the stupid FCC, can I do anything at all to boost this FM signal?!?!?!??????

It really is a shame as there isnt much you can do except put that modulator closer to the FM antenna.

My original sportster transmits so well that I can park near my house and run it through radios inside. It really is too bad that their is such a drop in power with newer models.
