If Sirius XM dropped their subscriber forecasts that significantly, but are keeping thier revenue and EBITDA guidance, that must mean that are doing extremely well with Best of Both and seriously getting to work realizing synergies.

You asked:
can someone explain why would the 3 million share trade not move the stock up or lower?
It is my opinion that share trades of this size not even causing a blip on the share price is in part related to the number of shares outstanding.
I have said this many times and I would like to see other opinions on this.
This is one reason that I am more against the proxy question:
To approve an amendment to our certificate of incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of our common stock from 4,500,000,000 to 8,000,000,000 shares.
I also feel that approving this would give Mel & Co a blank check and that voting this down would force them into some kind of fiscal responsibility.
Alas, we have been given no reason to believe or trust Mel & Co. The Sirius share price is down 95% since Mel was hired on 11/18/2004.
Does anyone know how many shares were outstanding on 11/18/2004?

If only this pps moved up .01 each trading day...would only take about 73 days to get to a 1.00. how pathetic is that?
Circuit City files for bankruptcy........shares halted.

If they got a loan with all their problems...we should have no problem getting financing...
Horvers also found it encouraging that the company was able to secure financing. Circuit City said it had lined up $1.1 billion in loans to provide working capital while it is in bankruptcy protection. That replaces a $1.3 billion asset-backed loan it had been using.
My only issue with this is that I find it hard to beleive that Mel and co. would lowball the people that they are asking for financing. When you apply for a loan, and they ask you how much you make, do you tell them something lower than your annual wages? No, if anything you fudge just a tad higher. I cannot see why Mel would lowball in this situation.Originally Posted by Demien

Did anyone ever think this could ever happen....
