    WELL IM NOT A BELIEVER IN THE MARKET HERE I WANT TO BUY MORE BUT I THINK WE WILL GO LOWER(the market) TILL AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR SO SIRIUS WILL BE IN THE .25-.30 RANGE UNTILL MEL GETS REFINANCING???

    Most likely they are refering to traders. Old school technical traders focus on reading charts only and not in fundamentals or the economy; however, these days most traders glance at economic news and with the economy as it is their focus has shifted more towards looking more and more at the economic news.

    I never understood why the call the traders investors though...
