As a large accelerated filer they have 40 calendar days after the end of quarter to file the 10Q, which makes the filing date Monday, May 11th at latest (unless they file for an extension again, but...

lloyd, my understanding is that March numbers will be out Friday. I imagine Q1 numbers will be concurrent with March numbers, so I would not expect them until then.

BG, to my knowledge no decision has been made. The SEC made a decision to take it up when they meet on April 8. The good news is that I guess this time they are "likely" to pass the rule . . . but...
