I called Sirius, they fixed the issue! So I still have my lifetime subscription!
I did receive a bill in the mail, but they credited me for the full amount of the bill, so everything is cool again..

Funny thing, logged into my account today and got a big message...
Your subscription is about to expire, you must select a new plan...
But wait a minute, I purchased a lifetime sub back in 2004,...
