Does your very expensive car radio have a sat option? Why not hook into the factory radio rather than plugging in an add on?
I haven't missed a game in 20 years -- that was the most exciting edge of my seat thing I have ever seen. 4 unanswered goals to comeback and win a game 7 -- unreal.
Call it what you will -- personally I think SiriusXM is in desperate need of better customer satisfaction rates and good PR.
But you originally said "It costs money to produce the app, therefore it's a paid service, it's that simple."
If that is your point, why doesn't it apply to the MUCH more expensive satellites?

Does your new car have Sirius as an option? Its so nice to not have a separate unit and wires running around your car.
I think I've heard people complain that the Starmate 8 has less channel...
Which is why people should call until they get a rep willing to work with them. I'm not ragging on SiriusXM, this holds true for any company offering a service.
Because you are leaving or...
I would love to know how many of the regular posters have sold out of their positions and moved on. This run probably got a lot of longs back to break even.
^ What He said! ^
I think something is wrong with the app. I noticed the same thing this weekend -- is that when you started noticing the issue?
So you are a customer service rep at SiriusXM?
How, when as soon as anyone cancels they get a 6 month for $25 offer with free reactivation?
Anyone who happens to stumble across this thread,...
TY
Where is it documented? I'd like to see this document you speak of. I have been a subscriber since 2005 and have had a myriad of subs and different radios and I have NEVER paid a reactivation fee....
They have continued to send new satellites into space yet, they are not charging more. There is another one set to go up this year, yet lifetime subs will still be able to listen after it is...
SIRI and MJNA owners must be traderbating today.
I dont know anything about the Edge so, I can't comment on which is better but, I do know, the Starmate 8 will work in the Starmate 5 dock.
Because they don't charge new users to activate their radios.
The reactivation fee is a silly fee that isn't enforced and is easily circumvented.
It costs 10000x more to send new satellites into space to broadcast to radios yet they don't charge lifetime subscribers for that. The cost of the app is minimal in comparison to the rest of their...
A couple of negative pieces on SA recently. People questioning their books.
Why wait if you already have a lifetime sub? Those free months are irrelevant.
Is there an error message? Is the file large in size? Is it a strange file type?
There are a couple of stipulations but, you should be fine.
You can transfer your lifetime up to 3 times. That said, if you have a hardware failure, you might be able to get them to transfer and...
I was looking for a place to buy back into MJNA but that one seems to be on a constant downward spiral. I guess Ill just sit back and wait for some manipulation or good green news.
Sounds like we are having the exact same problem. I wonder if it is related to the iPad3 hardware?
Thanks for taking the time to post, I hope others do the same.
Its typical for the majority of fake reviews come from internal employees boosting their own apps rating -- and even SiriusXM can't keep the positive reviews outweighing the negatives.
BTW,...
