I am one of those investors too. I trade via Fidelity ATP and they allow me to buy in 10K blocks. Anything higher, I have to call them or split the trades up.

It's kind of interesting that he says that because people at TD Ameritrade and Fidelity Investments are unable to short this penny stock. I wish I could. :(
