You'll need to find the SiriusXM tuner which is likely behind one of the rear inside quarter covers. My guess is right hand side. It might be in your manual, if not, give your local dealer a call....
Sounds like the antenna wire or the antenna's connection point has gone bad. Its either that or your car is sitting in a garage with no clear view of the sky.
My advice? Try plugging a new antenna...
