No it is Scottrade. I deal with the same thing.

They do not insert your order until it is your turn in line. Other Scottrade customers will be listed if their price is first in BID or ASK line...

I use Scottrade Elite myself as well.

Your MMID will show up usually as CINN most of the time. I have had trades execute through ISEG as well a few times.

If there is someone else using the same BD you are and has a better price, their bid will show up and yours will not.... until the better priced order clears.
