It also shows that institutions CAN buy this stock under $5.00

I believe it is positive because it shows that they will be able to re-finance the Feb. converts without issuing new converts or going bankrupt.

I had bought a bunch of shares at .27 to average down last time it was down here. But I chickened out at .34 on the way down from .42.
