nothing but hate
Anybody else's plans for summer change over the past few weeks?
WTF is going on here and for what reason. Is something going on we don`t know about? Where do we go if next C.C. is bad?
Bass nailed it a long time ago.
I had a buy @3.32 but I pulled out. I just don't know where this thing is going anymore. Still have a 3.18 gtc in but I don't know if I want it to fill at this point.
Why is P down 7%?
Are we getting sucked in to their sell off?
I have been noticing that we seem to have been declining with P over the last several sessions. I am pondering the possibility of Sirius being (mistakenly) directly compared to pandora over the years as identical business competitors (even though it has been comparing apples to oranges), is a heavy influence on the decline here. So not only has Malone destroyed whatever integrity had remained intact, it is possible that the ridiculous "virtual" competitor aspect is pointing to Sirius as also having potentially devastating internal issues that are about to rear their ugly head. It is my feeling, once again, that Malone and Co. have done everything within their "legal" power to help perpetuate this fear thus giving them even more leverage to acquire Sirius for a fraction of its actual value. None of this surprises me. I can't imagine that we do not have more than enough damning evidence to file a multi billion $$$ class action suit against Liberty at this point for, at the very least, failure to adhere to there fiduciary duty to the Sirius shareholders. There is currently a suit by a shareholder against GM for failure to correct mechanical issues and letting things get out of hand before issuing a recall with the repercussion of a sinking share price. (Read about it. This is just my "nutshell" account) After reading this it is obvious that our position certainly warrants legal action. There is rampant conflict of interest going on here right out in the open and yet we just sit back and let it happen. The only thing that concerns me is that Sirius is so fragile at this point and that this type of publicity may be spun and misconstrued as Sirius being sued therefore causing the SP to spiral ever lower. Nevertheless, do we just sit back and let the chips fall or do we fight back? Does anyone have even a tinge of doubt?
