hey everyone...im new to the game, and im really excited about investing with siri. Ive been watching this stock for awhile. Any of you guys have any idea if siri gets bought out by Liberty what will happen to my stock? any information would help thanks guys.

"Q4 of 2009 saw a profit of $14MM... can they have done enough to make up the above charges and still pull another profit this year? That's my concern. If some are looking for Q4 to be huge... I hope they considered everything, as we have. You appear to be looking at around $22MM... with the charges you would have called for $105MM or so? I can come close to seeing that... just hard to say for sure. But I'm right there with you on the charges total . . . . . I come to about $83MM in Q4 charges to Loss on Extinguishment of Debt. If Sirius were to pull a profit out of Q4, they'd have to do it in the face of this $80MM-$85MM charge to shareholders.

Has anyone here had an issue with their lifetime subscriptions? I hope this is isolated but, it sounds like there are at least thousands of people out there that meet this criteria. This shit makes me so mad that I want to stop coming to my own website and reading sirius xm news for a week.

"One likely reason that the issue is emerging now, based on what others have told me, is that XM's subscriber information system was just "migrated" to the Sirius system late last year. Under the Sirius system, multiple plans purchased by one subscriber must have the same start and end dates. This means the company needs to develop a "fix" for people who bought lifetime subscriptions.
