Tracking Portal message-unable to connect
I can get into sirius.com, ONLY if I hit refresh. Then, when I click to connect to my Listen Online, I get a "pease wait while we redirect you" and a Tracking Portal message keeps clicking back and for for up to 15 min, or until I get fed up with waiting.
Now, yesterday, I was able to get right into it---one of only a couple of times out of many many attempts.
I tried calling Sirius and they would not let me talk to a computer person. Just said they would resend the signal. I went into another computer in the house and it came right up. I have been thru my firewall settings on Norton, even comparing them with the computer that was able to connect. They are the same.
Any suggestions or firewall settings to specifically look at? I hate paying for something I can only get occasionally.
