Stickin to 13 like fly turd on a ceiling;
even the mm's can't seem to shake it down;
if it can just hang on a little bit longer to the bell
i dont think they wanted to bring it down, they probaly just wanted to clear a lot of limit orders round the .125 to .128 range which increase the volume.
looks like the nas could stillpull the market green
