I thought this article in the WSJ.COM might explain why Liberty wanted to help out sirius to avoid BK and explains the %49 limit on ownership in stock for 3 years...

If you want to talk about an article and post your thoughts along with a link to the original article that is fine but, you can just wholesale copy someone elses work and post it here.

eg "Hey I was reading this article today about how so and so thinks that Sirius XM will survive 3 years... personally I think its bullshit... what do you guys think? Check it out the article at somewebsite.com"
