HELP! with sirius travel link

I purchased a new OEM head unit for my VW that includes Sirius Travel Link. My previous unit has Sirius music and traffic and had TWO ESNs.

The new unit definitely has Travel Link but only has a single ESN. The folks at Sirus say this is impossible, but everything I have read on the internet says this is correct (single ESN).

Are there any Sirius employees in this forum that can help? This is so frustrating!

Advanced Sirius customer support was able to get everything activated. If anyone else has similar issues, post here.
