Obamas plan on climate change, borrow money from China so we can give it to China.

Thats right as you may or may not know this new climate agreement is suppost to have the rich countries come up with (to start) a 100 billion a year and give it to the developing nations. If we go from history the USA ends up footing a great deal of that bill anywhere from 20% to 35%. So the USA will have to give 20 to 35 billion A YEAR (to start with) away. Now since we dont have that we are going to have to borrowing it from who (hint; China). Now here is the twist, China is slated to recieve a portion of that 100 Billion. So here is the end result, the USA borrows money from China and then has to give them some of that very same money we just borrowed from them.
