my stiletto 2 wont turn on, all it does is:
1. show the little dog
then...
2. loads two out of five dots (loads all usually when turning on)
then...
3. shows me a clock with "ERROR. Please wait..."
then..
4. shuts off, and repeats.
I left it in the dock at night to see if it would fix itself, but still afterr eight hours its doing the same thing.
Ive tried charging it with the outlet charger, I tried plugging it into the computer, but nothing has made it stop, please help!
I would suggest trying to perform a device recovery. If you have your USB cable and a pc, this wont be too hard. First, take the battery out of the unit. Now, while placing the battery back into the unit, hold down the option and display button at the same time. Continue to hold these buttons while you see the Sirius Dog logo and you should then see an error message and that it needs to be connected to a PC. After you have downloaded the software, simply connect the stiletto 2 to your computer with the usb cable and follow the instructions.
Why dont u take the battery out and put it back in.
