I just re-read your ?, I bought at about 7:10 AM, and also last night I bought at about 7:55 pm . I trade at fidelity and that is what the system allows me to do. I had to agree to somethings by clicking an "agree" button and make a call the first time I started this a long time ago, and they read something to me on a recorded line I had to agree to (about the risks) but I think anyone can as long as they agree to the risks officially with the fidelity.
