Casting Sirius or using Serius in seperate room with Dish

I have dish in the living room with sirius included. My bedroom has a denom receiver connected to surround speakers. Am I able to control Sirius in the bedroom and listen in there while someone watches TV separately in the living room. Not using additional set-top boxes of course. My goal is to split co-ax from the dish or receiver. The denom has a coax input and will have a 43" lcd display hanging above it if either of this will help. What accessories do i need in addition to more coax cable?
