Pioneer head unit with sirius having problems

I have a pioneer head unit and it's sirius capable. I have all of the parts needed to make it work like the ssc1 tuner and the sirius connect interface adapter. I connected everything and it seemed to work fine but after driving and listening to it for a while 2 of the speakers cut out (only when listening to sirius). When I listen to a cd or the regular radio all the speakers still work fine. I checked all the sirius connections, I even took everything apart then reconnected it . Again it worked fine for a bit then the same 2 speakers cut out again. Anyone have any suggestions on what the problem might be? I don't think it's my radio because the speakers work fine with everything except for the sirius part.
