I have a eclipse navi head that uses a SCC1 tuner that has went bad and they are discontinued sirius said i need a SXV300 tuner but it will not plug into the eclipse interface !!! now what??? hoping someone out there knows of a adaptor PLESE HELP

I have found the sales at SiriusXm will tell you anything to sell you something, even when you question them about the comparability they will say they have a different list. Then your out of pocket for the return shipping when you get your item and sure enough it's not compatible.
I recently got the scc1 and a svcdoc1. They plug together very well but I can not get the tuner to turn on when plugged into the svcdoc1. Any ideas? Anyone?
