Can Mel buy shares after Q4 results?

Just wondered if any of you experts know. Or does he have to wait until the May re-financing is done?

i don't think anybody knows. i would love to see him buy more, and it would be nice to see some other insiders buying as well.

I think that when they are able to buy, the insiders will probably do so. I just wish we knew the rules about when they are allowed to do so.
