Selective Stimulus

Abound makes CdTe thin film panels. The same technology as the world leader in PV prodcution - First Solar.

Secondarily, there is question about the viability of thin film technology.

Isn't it amazing that Obama would selectively choose a semi viable company who makes panels the same as the industry leader, AND the technology is in question? You have to question this judgement.
