So Now the Dialogue Will Be Reverse Split. When/If?

What I would really like to know is the strategy. Does Mel Karmazin know that until regulatory fixes are in place against rampant short selling, and the illegal tricks, it would be foolish to execute one before that.
I hope they don't do it but when Malone converts his 40% to the Common, we're basically talking HUGE dilution.
I repeat, no Reverse-Split until trading rules have been examined and fixed.
I wish someone would bring this point up at the conference call!
