Warning! I have monthly service but when they automatically renewed it 2 weeks ago, they charged me for a 2 year. Luckily it didn't result in an overdraft.
They said they were having server problems on that day which caused the incorrect billing and were contacting subcribers about refunds. That was 2 weeks ago and I didn't hear anything till I called to question the charge.
Supposedly, they will refund the charge. We'll see.
