I dont know if anybody here reads the nicemac forum but they have been working steadily to get a new starplayr3 out for Mac users

StarPlayr 3 Leopard Preview v1.2.1 is available at www.nicemac.com/forums to registered users. Supports Sirius Satellite Radio accounts, USA/CA, and Best of. Canada is support partially completed; CA stations have not been added yet. Current features: Channel Guide, Lyrics, Album Art. Uses less CPU power than the previous StarPlayr2. Runs on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, Intel/PowerPC. Preview is available now at NiceMac.com Forums.

At least the Chrysler - Fiat deal went through tonight !
It's got to be a positive that they will be coming out of BK in a few weeks, clearing out all their vehicles at firesale prices to set the stage for new production and Cash flow/subs for Sirius.
GM filed already, so there will be a similar situation except that there will be revenue coming in from their car sale cleanout and sub increase after the 3 month trial.
By end of July, this should all be behind us and back to growth.
