Now share volume jumped to 195 Million - could it be Sirius selling shares for $ afterhours. Have not seen anything on the the sec filings yet. Not sure if they already had access to the larger float - just a guess.
scottrade is showing volume at 6:06pm 99.53 million
Ameritrade shows 99.5m too.

and look at Nasdaq after hours chart & volume

This is one of the more bizarre extended trading sessions I've ever seen.
It really does seem like some of the newly authorized shares are being issued. I didn't expect it to happen this soon.
Damn...Apex sold? I don't know what you lost but for me it would be what I consider a lot of money. I have a 1000 sitting in the Scottrade account with a buy at .02 just because I'm Soooo pissed that everytime I buy it goes down. I'm 11,515 @.93 I don't see a lot of point buying at .12 to get to .60 The dillution possibility (ie probability) and RS potential are really depressing me though.

I think maybe it was the Nasdaq 100 rebalancing then.
