No Audio Onyx Plus with Home Kit

I use my Onyx Plus in my car and at with a home kit at work.. The audio works fine when I am in the car but when I plug it in to the home dock, I don't hear anything. I have a strong signal and I use an AUX cable so I can use my headphones.. I have replaced the home dock with a brand new one. I've bought a new AUX cable. I've tried different headphones and none of those seem to fix the problem. I'm wondering if there is a button that I accidentally hit at some point. I've had the radio over a year and the audio issue just came up a week ago.

Have you checked the volume?

To adjust the audio level:

1. Press menu/alerts.
2. Press downhighlight Audio Level and press theSelect button.
3. Press leftto decrease or rightincrease the audio level.
4. Press the Select button to confirmthe new audio level.
5. Press and hold menu/alerts to returnto the main display screen.

Your car dock might be adjusting or compensating for a lower volume because the speakers are powered -- your headphones are not.

Yeah, I tried to turn it up all the way..
