It happens to me intermittently. Restarting the app usually solves the problem.
If its always happening to you, I would delete and re-download the app.
I haven't been able to save channels to Favorites or save custom mixes for the past 3 days. This happens with both Chrome and Edge on a Windows desktop. I am able to save without a problem with the iOS app.
I tried chatting with support to get an answer but I was disconnected by three different chat reps immediately after I posted my problem. I had never tried chat before. Is it always this bad?
I'm also facing this problem probably, then I'll delete some cache files from the app permission, then it will reach with good facts..
