I would love to see some justice served. Even if it is just a slap on the hand as usual, it should pop the SP.

I'd have to hear it from the horse's mouth to believe it. The fact that he says that it's the SEC that will investigate is what makes it suspect . . . since when did the SEC start investigating securities violations?!
