Quicktime / Mac 10.4 / Tapes Sirius Radio

I have a few macs in my house.

The mac with the software version 10.4.11 has some type of quicktime software that will automatically record the sirius radio streams.

The problem is the laptop and other mac cant do it. Im assuming that this has something to do with the operating system upgrades.

The quicktime software that pops up is called "reflector".

Can I get this to work on on new os than 10.4.11?
