"What do we want Haitians here for? Why do we want all these people from Africa here? Why do we want people from these s***hole countries? We should have people from countries like Norway."
Donald Trump made those comments today and the whole world is outraged. His hatred, racism and xenophobia know no bounds. Here are the details from the Los Angeles Times:

I love former Mexican President Vicente Fox's response to Trump's demeaning comments about immigrants from "s***hole countries." He tweeted this message to Trump: "Your mouth is the foulest s***hole in the world." Amen!
(I'm using asterisks here. Trump and Fox did not.)

Responding to Trump's comments about "s***hole countries," California Lieutenant-Governor Gavin Newsom wrote on Facebook, "You're a joke and a racist, President Donald J. Trump. Resign." And now Trump is lying and claiming he said only that Haiti is "poor and troubled." This is from the Los Angeles Times website:
Democrat in meeting with Trump backs reports of his vile language
Noah Bierman, Jan 12 2018 7:07 AM
Illinois Senator Richard Durbin, the Senate’s second-ranking Democrat, said President Trump "said things which were hate-filled, vile and racist" during a meeting on Thursday with a bipartisan group of lawmakers, refuting Trump’s denials that he slurred immigrants from what Trump called "s***hole" countries. "I cannot believe that in the history of the White House, in that Oval Office, any president has ever spoken words that I personally heard our president speak yesterday," Durbin told reporters on Friday, after Trump tweeted a denial of sorts.
"I’ve seen the comments in the press," Durbin continued, referring to reports about the White House meeting that he attended. "I have not read one of them that’s inaccurate." Early reports of the meeting, in which Trump rejected a bipartisan immigration agreement, cited unnamed sources on his immigration remarks. Durbin is the first participant to recount it on the record, beyond Trump in his tweet.
The White House did not initially deny reports about Trump’s derogatory comments about Africa, Central America and the Caribbean in its statement late Thursday. In Friday’s tweets, Trump said he "never said anything derogatory about Haitians other than Haiti is, obviously, a very poor and troubled country."

The whole world -- with the exception of Republican Congressmen and Trump's so-called "base" -- is outraged by Trump's hateful racist comments. Last December he said all Haitians have AIDS and now he calls Haiti a "s***hole country." Trump is an embarrassment and a disgrace to the office of the Presidency.

African countries demand Donald Trump apology over slur
The East African, Jan 13 2018
All African countries at the United Nations unanimously demanded that US President Donald Trump retract and apologise for his reported denunciation of immigration from "shithole" nations. The African Group of UN ambassadors is "extremely appalled at, and strongly condemns the outrageous, racist and xenophobic remarks by the president of the United States of America as widely reported by the media," a statement said.
After an emergency session to weigh Trump's remarks, the group said it was "concerned at the continuing and growing trend from the US administration toward Africa and people of African descent to denigrate the continent and people of colour." While demanding a "retraction and an apology" from Trump, the 54 countries also thanked those Americans "from all walks of life who have condemned the remarks." The resolution was passed unanimously after four hours of discussions.

A Republican Senator plans to call out our "fake President." Will wonders never cease!
Flake to denounce Trump media attacks as Stalinist in Senate speech
NBC News, Jan 14 2018 8:01 PM
Arizona Senator Jeff Flake, a Republican, is planning to slam President Donald Trump's attacks on the press on the Senate floor this week in a speech that will compare the president's use of the term "enemy of the people" to describe the media to Soviet dictator Josef Stalin. "When a figure in power reflexively calls any press that doesn't suit him 'fake news,' it is that person who should be the figure of suspicion, not the press," Flake will say, according to excerpts of the speech provided to NBC News.
Trump called the media the "enemy of the people" in a February tweet. "The FAKE NEWS media (failing @nytimes, @NBCNews, @ABC, @CBS, @CNN) is not my enemy, it is the enemy of the American People!" the President wrote on Twitter.
"Mr. President, it is a testament to the condition of our democracy that our own president uses words infamously spoken by Josef Stalin to describe his enemies," Flake plans to say in the Senate remarks. "It bears noting that so fraught with malice was the phrase 'enemy of the people,' that even Nikita Khrushchev forbade its use, telling the Soviet Communist Party that the phrase had been introduced by Stalin for the purpose of 'annihilating such individuals' who disagreed with the supreme leader. This alone should be a source of great shame for us in this body, especially those of us in the president's party. For they are shameful and repulsive statements." Flake plans to label Trump's attacks on the press as "unprecedented" and "unwarranted."

Donald Trump, who has made dozens of slurs against Muslims and Mexicans and Puerto Ricans and Haitians and Africans while saying many neo-Nazis and white supremacists are "very fine people," told reporters at Mar-a-Lago yesterday, "I'm not a racist. I'm the least racist person you will ever interview."
This is the same Donald Trump who bragged about being able to kiss women and "grab 'em by the pussy" because he's a "star" and who has been accused of sexual assault by 16 women and who said all 16 women are lying and who declared, "No one has more respect for women than I do." Trump not only has delusions of grandeur, he has delusions of himself.
