Hey I cant understand what she means by this maybe Charles, or lloyd can tell me. Is it or isn't it going to raise taxes. Dont get me wrong here, I think it is still a tax increase, isn't it. I mean wont taxes go up and therefore is that not a tax increase!!!!!!!!
