I actually contacted Sirius and the way that they wrote thier response was they can understand that we would miss Bubba and they would feel bad if we left as a result but they understand the frustration. I think that is leading me to believe they may be letting him go.

Thanks for the comments, we really appreciate you guys being Siriusbuzz.com marks. I do not think that Bubba will go to XM. He was dumped from them before, and Bubba has more pride then that. I just think Bubba is on the chip, and that Sirius has been very careful of Bubba’s show. Sirius really wants this merger, and when Bubba does something racist or out of bounds , they panic. The last thing Sirius needs at this time is bad PR with the public and the FCC. I agree that Bubba is valuable to Sirius. I also agree that Sat radio should be the forum for this type of adult entertainment. I just think that the issue with Bubba is a lot more then money.

It will be a real shame if they don’t keep the show on board. Sirius must be blind, #2 Ratings only to Howard are not good enough apparently… All I know is I subscribed to Sirius shortly after Howard announced his hiring…and if BTLS and crew don’t return after the 1st of the year, I will be joining the multitude of fans who will be calling Sirius and canceling my contract. I actually have 2 contracts to cancel, I’m sure it’s just a drop in a bucket….but how many drops will there be?

A couple of blue genies! Cracked me up…. I love Bubba, and I am glad to see that you have a new writer as well. A writer with Bubbaisms……..classic! For Dave who thinks Bubba is a fat boring hillbilly, I admit that the NASCAR and the wrestling gets a little old. I agree that Howard is much better, but Bubba has a lot of funny moments as well.
