XM SACs "roared out of control"?

SIRI's SACs were $108. XM's were $70 using the current computation, or $60 using the prior computation.

XM's CPGA was $116 using the current computation or $93 using the computation that was previously used.

SIRI's CPGA, if you compute it, was about $153.

Whose costs were "roaring out of control"???

Tyler will tell you, of course, this doesn't matter because it is all about the OEM contracts, etc., but the cold hard reality is that SIRI outspent XM and still didn't add as many subscribers if you count a subscriber as a revenue-generating customer (11% of SIRI's subscribers aren't; instead, they are parked on dealer lots).

Jacboy has been bashing Sirius since the beginning of time. He always skews things to look bad, no matter what. He reminds me of Baghdad Bob. His post today was the most inane to date, and I am grateful for the article which pokes holes in his theories. Year over year, SAC was down, while XM's roared out of control. And out fundamentals are weakening?

Someone please ask Jacoby how he called for XM to go to $43 from $24. It went in reverse. I dont see where he has much credibility at all.

Nice comments Tyler,
Jacoby's DC contact http://www.maresearch.com/ (David L Trout) seems to display the same lack of information to support the claims they both make.
A recent post on a Yahoo financials blog category submitted by Seeking Alpha/The MA researcher also support a 40% or less chance of the merger being completed
